Floor plans in seconds.

20 S TO YOUR FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Draw walls as fast as you would on paper. Rooms close themselves, measure themselves, wall thicknesses sort themselves out — and the same house grows alongside as a white model. In the browser, on any device.

SCRIBBLE MODE

01 — STROKE

Drag, don't construct

The wall is already straightened and snapped under your finger — never the scrawled raw line.

02 — ROOM

Closes itself, measures itself

Area, name, wall thickness 36.5 outside and 11.5 inside — without a single dialog.

03 — 3D

Already standing

Gable, hip, shed, flat. The white model rebuilds itself while you switch.

04 — HANDOVER

Dimensioned output

Vector PDF at 1:100 and 1:50, fully dimensioned. DXF 1:1 for everyone who keeps drawing.

TWO MODES

Scribble when it has to be fast.
Construct when it has to sit.

One stroke becomes a wall assembly — straightened, snapped, connected, confirmed once. Or you drag them one by one, and the finished wall is already under your finger while you drag.

01

Openings sit inside the wall

Doors and windows snap into the wall and travel with it when the wall moves. Sill height and width as a number, not as a drag handle.

Everything between the line and the handover

What happens to the drawing, and what happens to the building. Everything else is deliberately not built.

01
Dimensions and areas

No recalculating: the moment a room closes, it knows its area — the same figure in the panel, the PDF and the CSV. Wall thickness 36.5 outside, 11.5 inside, automatically.

02
The roof calculates itself

Pick the shape — flat, gable, hip or shed — your floor plan handles the rest.

03
Real parts, not busywork

Stair, balcony, chimney, dormer: finished components you drag in, not drawn stroke by stroke — the stair keeps to DIN 18065 automatically.

SECTION A-A
04
Sections and x-ray

Place the section wherever you need it. Walls in the way fade out on their own.

TERRAIN · STOREY STACK
05
Terrain and storeys

Storeys stack like tracing paper — the floor below shows through, and wherever one steps back, a terrace appears on its own.

STAIRS · FURNITURE
06
Stairs and scale

Eleven stair shapes, ceiling opening and railing already thought through. Furniture isn't decoration — it just shows you whether the room actually fits.

EXPORT

What comes out at the end

A sketch nobody can reuse is a napkin. That is why the path ends in a dimensioned file, not in a picture.

FOR ARCHITECTS

Three variants in thirty minutes

Concept phase: sketch, check spatially, discard two. The result goes to the office CAD as DXF.

FOR STUDENTS

Spatial thinking without the CAD hurdle

No course, no licence, no account. Open and draw — the review sees the same plan.

IN THE CLIENT MEETING

Draw along live, understood at once

Draw at the table while the client watches the white model grow. No jargon needed.

SCOPE

What Fastplan is not

This boundary is decided, not forgotten. It is what keeps the tool fast.

No interior planner — pretty pictures without a plan
No construction drawings — and no MEP, no structural
No BIM — no component data depth
No photorealism — the white model stays white
No layer systems — nothing to manage
No cloud requirement — projects stay on the device
